This training recognized by the Financial Markets Authority is aimed at people who wish to work in the field of damage insurance, whether with individuals or businesses. The training will prepare them to promote insurance products, analyze a risk and close a transaction.
Customer service is at the forefront of this job function. In addition, people will be able to receive claim files, carry out investigations and make settlements.
The AEC in damage insurance prepares the person for the examinations of the Financial Markets Authority with a view to obtaining a practicing certificate in damage insurance.
At the end of their training in Damage Insurance, the student should be able to:
- analyze and underwrite a risk;
- provide customer service in different work functions;
- promote damage insurance products;
- conclude a transaction, receive and direct the claim;
- settle a claim file and ensure follow-up.
