The Seniors’ Residence Management program at LaSalle College is part of a perspective of development and consolidation of the seniors’ residences network, a growing industry.
According to the Quebec Statistics Institute, the number of people aged 65 and over will double over the next 20 years. This translates into significant demand for retirement housing. Many large-scale projects are emerging and labor needs are great. According to statistics*, 1000 jobs per year are expected over the next 20 years.
This program, focused on a career for the future, allows access to management and supervisory positions in a human environment, while focusing on the quality of services.
